I am trying to disable the timed restart in for SiteCaster like is these directions.

The folder referenced (C:\ProgramData\PROVISIO\SiteCaster) does not contain the SiteCaster.config file.

Where can I find the SiteCaster.config file? I tried searching for it but it did not show up.

When you log in to SiteRemote are you accessing the tab labeled "Digital Signage" or the tab labeled "SiteCaster"?

I am trying to disable the whole Sitekiosk player from restarting, not just restarting the display rotation. It is restarting every 6 hours. Here is the log entry. [SiteKiosk] Notification: Maximum uptime reached and no cash session running. Restarting...

That feature can be disabled in the xml of your SiteKiosk configuration file. That is a maintenance feature and it is recommended to leave it active. To disable that, open your configuration file in Notepad and search for: <enable-automatic-restart>true</enable-automatic-restart> <automatic-restart-time>360</automatic-restart-time> Change true to false to disable the feature or edit the numeric value to change the frequency of the restart. The value is in minutes.
